AVANT’s Bandwidth Usage Reporting Tool (BURT) is a system for monitoring triple play service quality provided by Motorola's Multi-Service Access Platform. It monitors Motorola BDT-BSAM/USAM links (BILINKs), providing early detection of bandwidth and service access problems. A set of browser-based interfaces simplify the identification of service issues and system administration tasks.
